Our Client was looking for a Modern Kitchen Style for their newly renovated Period House in keeping with the Architect designed extension. She wanted a simple bespoke kitchen design to complement the room itself and we were able to show her our interpretation of quiet design for a custom made modern kitchen that sits as the perfect backdrop to this architectural space and one that would come alive when it was being used.
 
The result is a bespoke kitchen design with clean simple lines made using precision manufacturing that allows every last bit of space to be organised internally.
 
Our Client is a wonderful cook who loves to entertain family and friends and selecting the right appliances for her needs was crucial. To maintain the clean lines on the island and not to detract from her sculpture we recommended a Gutmann Futura extractor which sits flush to the worktop when not in use. Other appliances included were Miele PerfectClean Single Oven, Miele Steam Combi Oven plumbed in, Siemens touchSlider Induction Hob, Siemens Dishwasher, Liebher Larder Fridge, Liebherr Larder Freezer and Liebher Wine Cooler. The worktops are finished in a specialist quartz worktop with bullnose edge detail.
 
We worked closely with Denis Looby and his team at Sheehan & Barry Architects on this bespoke kitchen design project and planned the island to work with a glass floor which was designed to flood light into the Study on the lower floor.
 
This modern kitchen with its clean lines is deceptive in the detail that lies within. Specialist storage solutions have been provided for linens, espresso cups, silverware, cooking utensils and serving dishes. We had a full inventory when we were designing the kitchen as the success of this kitchen is that it works  exceptionally well functionally and delivers on the aesthetic.  When our Client saw our Appliance cupboard in our showroom she knew that she wanted this included in her kitchen. Then when we visited our Clients home and saw how many storage jars she used for cooking we knew that we needed a unique solution and so we designed and made a bespoke pull out spice rack which she deemed just perfect!
 
This modern bespoke kitchen design comes alive when in use and serves as a perfect backdrop to this stunning room when it is not in use.
